No quorum again
The parliament didn't hold its April 12 session due to lack of quorum and there was no adequate number of deputies registered at 12:00. Registration of deputies continued for another three hours in accordance with Article 44 (5) of the "NA Rules and Regulations" law.
At 15:00, there was still no quorum, and Chairman of the National Assembly Samvel Nikoyan declared the session as failed, reports the Department of Information and Public Relations of the National Assembly.
