Statement of Khzmalyan’s wife
Film director Tigran Khzmalyan's wife, doctor of medical sciences, Head of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology of Yerevan State Medical University Narine Mirzoyan has issued a statement.
"I made a mistake by joining the party list of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) without being a member of any political party and without picturing the logic of the actions taking place during the election campaign.
I emphasize that this was a misunderstanding and I take the moral and administrative liability for this. Like any working woman, I consider my family and job the two main centers in my life, and in my case, science and pedagogy.
I must confess that politics was never an interest for me and that is exactly why I deem it necessary to request the removal of my name from the HHK party list," as stated in Narine Mirzoyan's statement.
