Why did Valya collect passports?
Residents of Yesayan Street in Gyumri say a citizen by the name of Valya presented herself as a representative of "Country of Law" Party (OEK), toured the district, visited residents' homes and collected the serial numbers and of their passports with the promise of gifts. As for drivers, she promised some discounts for car insurance and the placement of gas tanks in their cars.
Valya presented herself as a person fulfilling the demand of OEK representative Hovhannes Margaryan.
