By Serzh Sargsyan's decree, Vladimir Karmirshalyan has been dismissed from the duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Argentine Republic, the Eastern Republic of Uruguay and the Republic of Chile.

By another presidential decree, Vahagn Melikyan has been appointed RA Ambassador to Argentina (seat in Buenos Aires).
