Plan presented at MFA
The official presentation of the RA Action Plan within the framework of the "Partnership for Open Governance" was held at the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs on April 10. The event was attended by members of the task force that developed the Action Plan, as well as representatives of the U.S. and Brazilian Embassies in Armenia.
Deputy Foreign Minister Ashot Hovakimyan presented the activities of his task force and particularly stressed that the task force included representatives of state bodies and the civil society. He presented the main provisions of the Action Plan that were more aimed at raising the level of efficiency of the system of public administration in Armenia, improving transparency and accountability and answered the foreign diplomats' questions.
The RA Action Plan will officially be presented to the public during the annual high-level meeting of the "Partnership for Open Governance" initiative to be held in the capital of Brazil on April 16-18, reports the MFA press service.
