Member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK), Chairman of the Armenian Pan-National Movement (HHSh) Aram Manukyan still doesn't have an election headquarters. Manukyan is running at precinct N 4.

"All the owners of private properties that had posted announcements on the Internet or in stores refused to provide their areas for the headquarters, knowing that it was going to be the headquarters for the HAK," said Manukyan.

Aram Manukyan will use the office of the "Democratic Homeland" Party as a headquarters, and his supporters' apartments will be used as sub-headquarters.

In any case, out of the 5 candidates running at precinct N 4, Aram Manukyan only considers two of them his opponents, including members of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) Artak Sargsyan and Armen Yepremyan. Manukyan doesn't consider "Heritage" Party's candidate an opponent.

Manukyan also touched upon the rumors that the HAK is in collaboration with the Republican Party of Armenia during these elections.

"It is absurd that the HAK can collaborate with a party that has been destroying the country for all these years," said Manukyan.
