HHK slogan to help HAK leader
"I don't believe that Serzh Sargsyan or the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) has any votes in Armenia," said leader of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Levon Ter-Petrosyan during the HAK's first pre-electoral rally in Aparan.
According to him, those who vote for the HHK are those standing close to the elite.
Ter-Petrosyan accused the media of preparing the people to think that "there is nothing in these authorities' way". The First President believes that there is a way around the authorities and what supports that belief is the HHK's slogan for the election campaign, that is, "Let's Believe So We Can Change". "I believe that we will change (the authorities-ed)," said Ter-Petrosyan. The First President informed the citizens of Aparan that the bribes that the authorities have distributed have no impact on the elections. "Electoral bribes have never changed anything in this country. The authorities have never been elected through electoral bribes. If they were legitimately elected, they wouldn't falsify. Electoral bribes won't determine the outcome of the elections. You have to disregard that and participate in the vote. You are the owners of your votes," declared the HAK leader.
