Baghdasaryan: “Nothing to do with bloodshed”
During the rally at Freedom Square, leader of the "Country of Law" Party (OEK) Artur Baghdasaryan declared that there was a "hunger" for law and justice in different spheres and that the party was coming to eliminate that hunger. He complained about stat orders and said people weren't able to receive treatment and were dying.
According to Baghdasaryan, his 170,000-member party will do everything possible to make everyone aware of the party's ideology in the next 30 days of the campaign.
Artur Baghdasaryan, who is also Head of the RA National Security Council, declared that the party "was clean and had nothing to do with bloodshed, theft and robbery" and that the party would be presenting all that it had done in the past 15 years and its future plans during the election campaign.
Artur Baghdasaryan, whose party is accused of passing out jam and perfume to voters, condemned "buying votes with money". He says that is a lost vote and people have to vote based on their convictions.
Baghdasaryan also stressed that the party's slogan was "Political Peace, Not Political War".
