“Heritage” received HHK rules
Chair of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs David Harutyunyan, on behalf of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) had offered all participants of the elections to discuss the draft of the "Rules Ensuring Civilized Competition for Holding Elections in a Duly Manner" prepared by the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK).
Even though the author of the draft voiced hope that there would be a lot of feedback on his offer, the fact remains that only the "Country of Law" Party (OEK) has agreed on working on the document with the HHK. The others are still considering the offer, and the Armenian National Congress (HAK) has already declared that it won't be joining the HHK and won't sign under a document prepared by the HHK.
Head of the united pre-electoral headquarters of "Heritage" Party and the "Free Democrats" Party Khachatur Kokobelyan said they had received the document and are aware of its content, but still can't make a final decision.
