Hakobyan denied
The RA Administrative Court today ruled that Deputy Sedrak Saroyan can participate in the May 6 parliamentary elections.
During an open-door trial, the court denied the appeal filed by deputy candidate Hakob Hakobyan, who is running at precinct N 19. Hakobyan had declared that Sedrak Saroyan hadn't resided in Armenia for the past five years and shouldn't have the right to vote. His complaint was against the Electoral Commission of Precinct N 19, which had registered Saroyan as a candidate.
