Member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Vahagn Khachatryan, who is running in the parliamentary elections through the majoritarian electoral order at precinct N 8, is sure that the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) isn't preparing to hold free and fair elections.

"If you enter the HHK's office, you will see the Republicans passing out eggs, wine and enlisting people who will receive free medical treatment. They're doing this to tell people that if they have visited their office, it means that they have to cast their votes for the HHK," said Khachatryan.

Vahagn Khachatryan's only hope of preventing possible falsification is the voters' dignity and morality.

"The sums that they expect to receive or the sums that they are promised to receive in exchange of votes must awaken the feeling of dignity among the people," said the economist, stressing that people are tired of living in a state of uncertainty and submitting to others.
