ECP: HAK member didn’t violate the law
The electoral commission of precinct N 2 denied deputy candidate Samvel Farmanyan´s appeal against candidate Vladimir Karapetyan.
All members of the commission took a unanimous decision and believed member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Vladimir Karapetyan hadn´t committed a violation.l
Samvel Farmanyan said Vladimir Karapetyan had violated the law by passing out flyers calling on citizens to participate in the elections since the election campaign kicks off on April 8.
