Heghine Bisharyan counts party leader among women rep
At the seventh congress of the Rule of Law (OEK), OEK Vice-Chair Heghine Bisharyan spoke with elation about party leader Arthur Baghdasaryan.
"People with high-flown ideas and determination are respected and loved everywhere. Women in the OEK, represented by Artur Baghdasaryan, are many because they value their party's leader," she said and addressing those present, asked, "Am I right?"
