BHK intends to form government
The Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) intends to win as many seats in parliament as possible and form a government, says Armenia's ex-Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian, who comes 2nd on the BHK party-list.
"The BHK is participating in the elections separately and we have nothing to do with the programs of the Republican Party of Armenia," Mr Oskanian said during the plenary session organized by the Union of Political Scientists.
