Dvin turns into polling station
From this point forth, the Dvin Bridal Salon that officials from Gyumri love will serve as a polling station instead of the former "Huys" Orphanage.
The bridal salon was built just recently and belongs to Hovhannes Grkikyan, who is one of the high-ranking officials of Gyumri Municipality and a friend of Mayor of Gyumri Vardan Ghukasyan.
