Monitors meet HAK candidate
Arshak Banuchyan, who is a member of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) and is running in the NA elections at precinct N 11, met with long-term monitors of the OSCE/ODIHR observatory mission Soenke Jishe and Daniela Maliyanska Mitevska.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the upcoming elections. Banuchyan called the monitors' attention to the exaggerated number of citizens on the voters' lists in Armenia and stressed that even though the number of Armenia's population is decreasing, the number of voters is increasing.
As for the precinct where he is running, there are dozens and even hundreds of names of non-existing people registered as voters.
