HAK holds rally, roadblocks continue
The opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK) is holding a rally in Yerevan on March 30. As usual, the police have blocked the roads to the capital in an attempt to prevent rural residents from joining an anti-government rally to be held at Liberty Square at 6:00 p.m.
A citizen from Sevan city called A1+ Company to report about major roadblocks on Sevan-Yerevan route. Buses and minibuses driving to the capital had been removed from the route since early morning. In the meanwhile, commuters gathered at the local bus station were desperately waiting for transport.
"Only cabs are seen at the bus stops that are eager to earn large amounts of money," said Aram, another local resident.
The HAK has not yet been reported about the disrupted transport communication.
