EU hopes 2008 doesn't repeat
The European Union will be carefully following up on the process and quality of the Armenian parliamentary elections to be held on May 6. The EU delegates hope they won't see what they saw during the Armenian presidential elections held on February 19, 2008.
In an interview with GALA TV, EU Ambassador to Armenia Hrista Troya also expressed hope that the Armenian authorities would fulfill the pledge that they had given to the people and would ensure free and transparent elections.
