EU to replace France?
The Foreign Relations Committee of the European Parliament today adopted a document on Armenia in which, among other provisions, it proposed to replace France with the European Union in the OSCE Minsk Group.
The document still has to be put up for a vote during the European Parliament's plenary session, which will most likely be held in a month, reports Radio Liberty.
