Kond district residents remain homeless
Residents of the Kond district gathered in front of the government building today. They waited near the government officials' service cars until the officials came out of the building.
The residents say they were thrown out of their homes in 2007 when the government decided that the residential area between Leo Street and Demirchyan Street was recognized as a supreme interest.
In that same year, the residents of Kond signed an agreement with Yerevan Downtown. The building was supposed to have been built a year ago, but it still isn't ready for exploitation.
