HAK members, German official discuss election issu
A delegation of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) led by HAK Coordinator Levon Zurabyan met with Markus Löning, German Commissioner for Human Rights Policy and Humanitarian Aid.
The interlocutors discussed the situation in Armenia ahead of the parliamentary elections. They highlighted the importance of conducting free and fair elections in terms of securing Armenia's progress and its future integration with European organizations.
The officials also dwelt on coverage of the election campaign. HAK representatives underlined the partial attitude of TV channels and the lack of televised political debates.
Present at the meeting were HAK senior represnetatives Aram Manukyan and Vladimir Karapetyan, the HAK press service reports.
