HAK would not exist, but for Levon Ter-Petrosyan
Armenia's former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan already sees his name among the top ten candidates of the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK).
Though Bagratyan did not participate in the discussions of the HAK electoral list, he fully agrees that the resposibility of compiling the list be shifted to HAK leader and Armenia's first president Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
«The discussion showed that the HAK cannot survive without Levon Ter-Petrosyan - a person who unites also forces affiliated with the opposition blog and curbs all aspirations, Mr Bagratyan told a news conference on Wednesday.
To have 500 000 entrepreneurs in Armenia - this is one of the solgans of the opposition alliance ahead of the parlimanteary elections which Mr Bagratyan opposed the 'romantic slogan' of the ruling Republican Party.
«I am a rational person and I fully understand what I say. 500 000 entrepreneurs may sound too much but it is realistic. 'Let us believe and change' [the slogan voiced by Serzh Sargsyan] sounds like a real love confession, doesn't it?» he said.
