Governor: “It is a fantasy”
Governor of Kotayk province Kovalenko Shahgaldyan today responded to the allegation of the Armenian National Congress and Sasun Mikaelyan according to which there were 4,000 additional people registered during the elections for mayor of Hrazdan.
"That is a fantasy. I don't even imagine if that was possible or not. There was no need for that," he said.
