You have stood by our men's side at the catastrophic moment for our people and remain standing as you build the future of our country, share the bitterness of trials and tribulations and the joy of victory. We express our deep gratitude to you.
On the occasion of this brilliant celebration, I wish that your souls always be filled with happiness and warmth. May your families be successful and prosperous, may your relatives be healthy and happy, and may the homeland be in peace and prosperous. We will do everything possible to ease your worries, improve your living conditions and help you stay beautiful, charming, protected and secure.
