Republican: “Take oligarchs into account”
Do you rule out joining the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK)? This is what Republican MP Vardan Ayvazyan asked "Heritage" MP Armen Martirosyan, referring to "Heritage" Party's opportunities in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
"Taking into account your finances, administrative resources and relations with oligarchs, I can't give you an answer to that question," said Armen Martirosyan in response to his colleague's question during a press conference today.
"You should take that into account," said Vardan Ayvazyan.
"They won't find any dirt on him even by looking from a microscope"
Vardan Ayvazyan confirmed that he would be in the proportional list of the HHK, while Deputy Armen Martirosyan said his party's board would decide. ;
Ayvazyan didn't want to discuss the economy, particularly the simplified tax and the mining industry with Armen Martirosyan today.
Armen Martirosyan wanted to understand how the Republican would participate in the elections and expect to receive the people's votes. "Both the Republican Party and the entire coalition have failed."
The "Heritage" representative said businessmen like Vardan Ayvazyan shouldn't be represented in the National Assembly since that is a demand stated in the RA Constitution.
Martirosyan asked Ayvazyan what business he was doing, to which Ayvazyan said he was selling instruments abroad.
Ayvazyan also informed that even if people looked at him from a microscope, they couldn't find any dirt on him.
