HHK is BHK’s criterion for victory
"I don't mean to say that the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) doesn't have potential, but its criterion should be the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) in the elections for the National Assembly," member of the HHK faction Vardan Ayvazyan declared during a press conference today.
According to him, all political parties will view the HHK as a political force that they have to win because the HHK is currently the largest political party represented in the National Assembly.
"Based on that, we have to try to negotiate," said Ayvazyan.
The latter touched upon this topic as he seconded his partner Artak Zakaryan's view that the Armenian National Congress (HAK) isn't presenting its lists for the proportional and majoritarian electoral order since it is waiting to see the lists of the HHK.
When asked if BHK would likely be the HHK's main opponent and not the HAK? In response, Vardan Ayvazyan said the HHK won't go against any party and will fight for its votes.
"The HHK's objective is to further reinforce its position in the political field and acquire administrative resources," said the HHK Deputy.
