“Armenia lacks Davutoglu’s flexibility”
Sculptor Levon Tokmajyan says the reason why Armenia has a weak foreign policy is because Azerbaijan recently managed to convince the mayor in Canada to view the killings of nearly 600 people near the Nakhichevan village of Artsakh in the context of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict as the genocide of Khojalu.
