The Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun is recruiting volunteers in order to conduct fair elections, ARF-D Bureau representative Hrant Margaryan told a press conference on February 27.

He notes that the volunteers should be brave people like those who took part in the Artsakh liberation war.
"We can gather 2000 or 5000 volunteers. They should be independent, legally aware and honest people - who will cooperate with political forces in ensuring free and fair elections. There is no other option," said the ARF-D official.

Hrant Margaryan says no party will have absolute majority of votes since none of the political forces, including the ARF-D, enjoys public confidence.

Mr Margaryan suggests that the parties entering parliament come to an agreement in forming the executive body in an attempt to solve the pending problems.
"In two years they can again enter into competition and form a new government," he concluded.
