Municipality unaware of anything
The Yerevan Municipality did not convene an urban development meeting on Thursday, Arthur Gevorgyan, Head of Information and Public Relations Department at the Municipality, told A1+.
This came after Armenian writer and publicist Meruzhan Ter-Gulanyan said in an interview with the local TV channel Yerkir Media that during the Thursday urban development meeting it was decided to suspend the construction of kiosks in Mashtots Avenue.
"You had better ask Meruzhan Ter-Gulanyan to elaborate his statement since the municipality did not take such a decision," said the municipality spokesman.
We tried to contact Meruzhan Ter-Gulanyan personally but in vain since his phone was off or out of reach.
