Hrazdan precedent: sign for NA elections
Political technologies expert Armen Badalyan is certain that the elections for mayor in Hrazdan were a de jure defeat and a de facto victory for the Armenian National Congress (HAK).
"Despite the tremendous amount of electoral fraud, there was only a difference of 1,500 voters. Let's take into account the fact that the HAK wasn't carrying out the electoral campaign at its best," Badalyan told "A1+".
Discussing the upcoming parliamentary elections, the political technologies expert mentioned that "the main difference would be that the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) would go against the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK)." "This means that the HHK will transfer a major part of the votes to the BHK."
According to Badalyan, the political forces need to draw some conclusions after the elections held in Hrazdan.
"The HAK and the BHK need to go against the political content in their electorates' demand and enrich their electoral campaigns through technologies."
