The Azerbaijani delegates in Armenia didn't present any demands for the return of lands during yesterday's meeting with Serzh Sargsyan.

"Everyone understood that there were three conditions for the resolution of conflicts, including territorial integrity, nations' right to self-determination and a peaceful resolution. Nobody was ready to propose a solution to the conflict," said Co-Chair of the Standing Commission on Social Affairs, Education, Culture and Civil Society Affairs of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly Layma Lyuchia Andrikiene. The Azerbaijani participated in the session of this commission.

According to the other Co-Chair, Deputy of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) Artak Zakaryan, the Azerbaijani tried to talk about how the Armenians seized 20 percent of Azerbaijan's lands during a meeting at the National Assembly today. According to the deputy, Euronest was not the place for that and that it wasn't worth ruining the session in Yerevan, especially since the next plenary session is scheduled to take place in Baku.

The Euronest Commission ended its session in Yerevan today and the plenary session is scheduled to take place in Baku in April. According to Zakaryan, it is still unclear as to whether the Armenian delegates will participate in that session or not.
