Syria unrest: 100 people die in heavy bombardment
Syrian security forces have intensified their attack on rebel-held areas of the besieged cities of Homs and Idlib.
Hundreds of shells rained down on the cities, reportedly razing buildings, killing at least 100 people and injuring many others.
Over 6000 have died in Syria in an 11-month uprising against the government.
