“Javakhk” to team up with BHK?
"Armenia needs a new economic policy and a broad consolidation of society. We must treat the upcoming parliamentary elections very seriously because they will be more than just elections," says President of the "Javakhk" Foundation Stepan Margaryan.
According to him, to a great extent, these elections will determine the future of Armenia.
"The parliament will determine how Armenia's laws will be and to what extent those laws will contribute to the country's development."
Margaryan also declared that he had officially appealed to leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gagik Tsarukyan with the request to discuss options for collaboration.
"The BHK leader's view on broad consolidation is familiar to me. This is a principle that can bring all healthy forces of our people together, regardless of their political affiliation. I also believe the collaboration between political forces can restrict electoral fraud and help us hold free and fair elections," said Stepan Margaryan.
Stepan Margaryan has been Advisor to the RA Prime Minister on the Near Diaspora and Regional Integration from 2000 to 2008.
