Some roads are closed
The RA Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that at 10:00 on February 21, state and interstate roads, highways and mountain passes in Armenia are generally passable and there are icy roads at some sectors.
The inter-community roads of the Talin and Ashtarak regions of Aragatsotn province, the Shirak-Jajur, Gyumri-Ashotsk-Bavra, Gyumri-Amasia, Tsakhkahovit-Alagyaz roads, as well as the inter-community roads of the Aragats and Aparan regions are mainly closed due to the heavy snowfall.
The Selim mountain pass, as well as the Berd-Tchambarak and Aragyugh-Buzhakan roads are closed.
The roads are being cleaned and traffic is being regulated by the Road Patrol subdivisions.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations warns and calls on drivers to refrain from travelling on the above mentioned roads.

At 08:45 on February 21, the Department of Emergency Situations at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Georgia reported that the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars road was closed.
