Jail inmate commits suicide by electrocution
An inmate at the Hospital of Convicts penitentiary has committed suicide by electrocution, the Ministry of Justice reports.
Hovhannes Dokhoyan, 42, killed hilled himself at around 05:0, February 18.
On February 4, 2004, Dokhoyan was sentenced to 14 years in prison by a court in Lori marz. He was convicted of serious crimes and was charged under Articles 104, 112, 113 and 235 of the Criminal Code.
Dokhoyan left a note saying that he was fed up with his life.
A criminal case has been initiated in the Kentron Department of the Police under Article 110, part 1 of the CC.
