Judge rejects motion to release Margar Ohanyan on bail
Mhkitar Papoyan, judge of Yerevan's Kentron and Nork-Marash court of general jurisdiction, has left the precautionary measure of former chief of police Margar Ohanyan unchanged.
Returning from the retiring room, the judge rejected the motion of Ohanyan's attorney to release his client on bail.
Margar Ohanyan today announced in court that he had had personal problems with former police chief, current presidential advisor Alik Sargsyan.
