Gaspari didn’t hit Artur Baghdasaryan?
Sergeant Grigor Manukyan today testified during the case against ex-political prisoner Vardges Gaspari. Manukyan arrested Gaspari after the incident that took place on October 20.
Manukyan said when he wanted to arrest him, Gaspari lay on the ground, while he and police officer Artur Baghdasaryan sat him in a police car that had been sent in advance.
When asked whether Gaspari had hit anyone, the eyewitness replied that Gaspari had not hit anyone and if he did, he would notice it.
During the preliminary inquiry, this eyewitness said "he ignored us, hit Artur Baghdasaryan's head with his elbow".
