Diplomatic relations between Iran and Azerbaijan are heating up.

Tehran has accused Baku of supporting Israel in the killings of Iranian physicians and nuclear weapon experts, reports Gazeta.ru.
Physician, nuclear weapon expert Mustafa Ahmadiroshan was killed in January 2012.

Iranians say the terrorists killing Iranian scholars have escaped to Azerbaijan and then Israel, and that the Azerbaijani authorities organized that.

It should be mentioned that Tehran's statements fall in line with the latest study by The Times, which studied and published information regarding the entrance and exit of Israeli investigators to and from post-Soviet countries.

On February 11, citing Mossad's agent, Simon, the newspaper reported that the Azerbaijani-Iranian border is a major border for Israel's investigative service in the region since it allows Israeli agents to receive first-hand information about what is going on in Iran.

"Our presence is unnoticeable, but very important. Since last year, we have increased our capacities of receiving information. Azerbaijan is a wonderfully rotten country," the British newspaper cites the spy, certain that there are many agents for the corpus of conservatives of the Islamic Revolution in Azerbaijan and that their number may exceed the number of members of Mossad.
