HHK discontent with 86 percent
The Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) is not satisfied with its representatives having control of 86 percent of the republic's communities.
"We still have a lot to do," HHK Deputy Arayik Hovhannisyan said during a press conference today.
ARF-D MP Lilit Galstyan reminded her Republican colleague that 50,000 people leave Armenia every year.
"They are leaving you, not the opposition."
Hovhannisyan argued, saying those who stay vote for the Republican Party with pleasure, and evidence of that are the latest local self-government elections.
Hovhannisyan doesn't exclude that there are issues in the country, particularly related to the spheres of agriculture and industry. Lilit Galstyan says the issues and achievements have nothing to do with it and that the Republicans are falsifying according to the culture that they have radicalized.
Arayik Hovhannisyan hopes that his party will have more achievements in the upcoming elections for the National Assembly that were made during the latest local self-government elections.
