Bako Sahakyan appreciates specialist
On 7 February President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to confer a title of Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic to Eduard Arushanyan, senior specialist of sports affairs of the Stepanakert city administration for his contribution to the development of physical culture and sports.
On the same day the President signed a decree on making changes in the formation of the State Commission on Coordinating Housing Programs formed by the order of the President signed on March 18, 2008.
