NA to convene hearings Feb 15
The Armenian National Assembly will convene parliamentary hearings on February 15 to discuss the proposal on shifting to a full proportional representation system. The decision was taken by the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs on Wednesday, February 1.
Parliament Speaker Samvel Nikoyan will attend the hearings.
Note that none of the representatives of the Prosperous Armenia Party, who joined the proposal initiated by the ARF-D and Heritage, was present at the discussion.
