The culprit, according to Minister
There is no accident in the army where the culprit is not punished by the law. This is what Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan announced during a visit to the French University in Armenia .
"The main reason for emergency accidents is the way that soldiers treat each other in the army, acting like bandits," said Ohanyan.
According to the Minister, the accidents taking place in the army concern everyone, and "that has an impact on the commanders, the soldiers' parents and the law-enforcement bodies".
