“HHK ready to admit its defeat only in one case”
Cooperation between the Prosperous Armenia Party and opposition Armenian National Congress in the fight against electoral fraud is not only possible but also necessary, for there are not other influential forces in the political domain, says Armen Badalyan, an expert in political and electoral technologies.
"The only thing that these forces can do is to promote the parties in the fight against election rigging by their observers and proxies. Only literate fight will enable the two parties to achieve victory; their efforts will fail otherwise," he said.
The expert says the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) will accept its defeat only when it faces mobilized society which is ready to fight for its rights.
