Obama invited to court
A judge in Atlanta has ordered U.S. President Barack Obama to appear in court for a hearing on a complaint that says Obama isn't a natural-born citizen and can't be president. It is one of many such lawsuits that have been filed across the country.
The judge set the hearing for this Thursday after denying last week a motion by Obama's lawyer to quash a subpoena that requires Obama to personally show up.
If proved that Obama was not born in the U.S., it will mean that Obama violated the electoral code and is not qualified to be on the ballot and therefore, is ineligible to run for President.
The suit against Barack Obama was filed by billionaire Donald Trampe, gazetta.ru writes.
