OEK gifts are not election bribe?
People should differentiate between gifts and election bribe, member of Rule of Law (OEK) party Hovhannes Margaryan said when answering a question whether the gifts distributed by the OEK could not be considered as election bribe.
"If you distribute something on the eve of elections or during the pre-election campaign, this is a matter of concern. But if you give presents to your party members in ordinary course of business, this is a completely different thing," the OEK Mp said.
