Vladimir Putin attends funeral of legendary secret agent
The funeral service of Soviet intelligence agent Gevorg Vardanyan took place on Friday in the Russian capital. The legendary Soviet secret agent was buried at the Troyekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow.
The funeral was attended by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The latter laid flowers at Vardanyan's grave and talked to his relatives.
Gevorg Vardanyan died of cancer in a Moscow hospital on January 10.
