The New Year hasn't changed the lives of the parents of soldiers who died in the army. They gathered near the government building today with the same demand. "I want justice for the dead soldiers and the soldiers in service so that there won't be any more murders and so that the soldiers serve in peace," said Anahit Mkrtchyan, mother of deceased soldier Arayik Avetisyan.

The government today held its first session of the year, while the parents of the deceased soldiers were gathered in front of the building and were reminding that Serzh Sargsyan pledged to reveal the murders of their sons near the RA presidential residence on January 27, 2011.

"He approached us, pledged and kept silent. He hasn't said anything about the army to this day. How much longer do we have to wait for justice to be served?" said Nana Muradyan, mother of deceased soldier Valery Muradyan.

Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan approached the parents and assured that everyone's objective is to reveal all murders and crimes committed in the army in peaceful conditions.

"It isn't that easy due to problems with the law and professionals," Minister Ohanyan added.

The disabled pilots were also near the government building today with the demand for the pensions that they haven't received for four and a half years. The pilots haven't received pensions after the liquidation of the Armenian Airlines.

"We hope, but we will probably die sooner," IL 86 commander Gagik Mirzoyan.
