"We shall raise a huge wave in February"
In February we must raise a huge wave of protest in order to impose our demands to the authorities, Coordinator of the opposition Armenian National Congress Levon Zurabyan told A1+.
Before that, the ANC is going to participate in the February 12 municipal elections in the city of Hrazdan. During the elections, ANC will support Sasun Mikaelyan, a former prisoner of war, Artsakh war veteran and commander of Sasun detachment.
"We shall spare no effort and will use every opportunity to lead a serious struggle," said Zurabyan.
At the same time, the ANC coordinator did not rule out that the opposition bloc might hold large-scale rallies and marches in support of Sasun Mikaelyan.
Speaking about the collaboration between the Heritage and ARF-Dashnaktsutyun which was also welcomed by the ANC, Levon Zuarbyan stressed it is necessary to unite all political forces to hold free and fair elections in the country.
We are ready to do everything to promote the process. We do not seek to lead the process. We are ready to start the process," he said.
