The workers' and hunger strikes continue at the school in the Akori village of Lori province. The school doesn't accept the results of the December 20 school principal elections according to which history teacher of school N 2 of Alaverdi Anahit Musayelyan was elected principal with 5 votes "for" and 3 votes "against".

The school convened a general meeting, and sent the copies of the protocol to Governor of Lori province Artur Nalbandyan and the head of the educational department.

According to "Ankyun+3" Television, the general assembly of the trade union organization decided:

"1. Propose to the law-enforcement bodies to hold a new and fair election for the school principal. 2. Not start instruction until a fair solution to the issue and consider the condition for filling in for the lessons left out. 3. The trade union organization doesn't accept the principal "elected" through violations and wishes to see the school's former student, graduate Armen Niazyan in the office of school principal."
