"Knowledge is stronger weapon than goods"
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian delivered a lecture at the Diplomatic School of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Prime minister presented the Government Program adopted by the National Assembly.
"Our main principle is to build knowledge-based economy in this contemporary world. Developed are the countries, which produce knowledge, not goods," the Prime minister said, adding that the government tries to ensure economic growth.
Tigran Sargsyan answered the questions of the attendees, which particularly referred to the elimination of consequences of the global financial-economic crisis, energy, proportional development of regions, exports, etc.
